He spent years as a teacher and evangelist at his local place of worship. He later after military service, became a member and minister in training under the ministry of Apostle Charles O. Miles, Pastor of the International Gospel Center in Ecorse, Michigan. There he met and married his wife of over 40 years. As an Evangelist, he spent years evangelizing in Detroit, and in several other Midwestern states, before being called to pastor
in Detroit in 1988.
He had the honor of traveling to the Bahamas to sit under the teaching and training of the late Dr. Miles Munroe. He has been greatly influenced by the ministries of Fred C. Price, Pastor Richard D. Henton, Pastor/Prophet Barbra Yoder, and Bishop Noel Jones. He is Sr./Lead Pastor of a young staff of ministers.
He has the heart of God for All people of the world. He and his wife Doreen, believe in serving in the local community. They're also the Founders of Life and Destiny Builders, Urban Youth Mentoring Org. of which he is the President. He is an Author, Recording Artist, Singer, And Playwright.
She is committed to and passionate about the vision God has given her husbands. Lady D’s heart beats in rhythm with her husband’s to serve in the community where they were planted. She is redeemed of the Lord and say’s so as an ordained minister, teacher, prophetess, social activist, and mentor.
She is the founder of Sisters to SiStars Women's Fellowship. A ministry dedicated to supporting, encouraging, teaching, and uplifting women to reach higher heights and deeper depths to actualize the shining “STAR” they are in Christ Because of her relationship with Christ, she has been able to fulfill her first call as a wife, mother, grandmother, and recently great grandmother.

She was also a Public Information Specialist and later an adjunct professor at Wayne State University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management Administration from Marygrove College. She has held positions as an: Education and Training Coordinator for UAW-Chrysler, a Performance Consultant at Ford Motor Corp, and an Educational Sales Executive for Pearson Education.
